Rebranding & E-commerce


This project focused on establishing a strong digital presence for Bloom Handmade, a Denmark-based brand specializing in handmade accessories. Until now, the brand has relied solely on Facebook and Instagram without a clear strategy, which has limited its sales growth. To address this, we created a fully customized e-commerce website and developed a cohesive brand identity that reflects the uniqueness of Bloom Handmade’s creations. Our work involved a complete rebranding and the creation of an online store using WordPress.

Rebranding

  • Client Analysis: Identifying the brand’s core values, mission, and vision.
  • User Analysis: Developed a detailed user persona by analyzing the target audience’s preferences, and behaviors.
  • Professional Photography: Captured high-quality photographs of the accessories and produced mood images to enhance the website’s visual storytelling and brand’s aesthetic.
  • Design Manual: Defined a detailed brand design manual, including logo guidelines, color palettes, typography, and other visual identity elements.

SoMe Strategy

  • Content Templates: Developed templates for weekly posts (e.g., product highlights, behind-the-scenes content, user testimonials).
  • Posting Schedule: Created a weekly posting schedule to maintain a regular presence and build audience engagement.
  • Client Manual: Prepared a guide covering website management, content creation, and social media strategies to give the client full independence in managing their online store.
  • Website Launch Campaign: Organized a campaign to announce the new website, leveraging giveaways, countdowns and sneak peeks, stories and reels.
